Visit to Atlanta

The visit by Niger State delegation to Atlanta on the improvement of Shea butter production through new technology has yielded result. During the visit, an agreement was reached between Niger State Government and the Atlanta City Council


Niger state being one of the major producers of shea butter in Nigeria stands to benefit enormously in this partnership. The partnership tends to generate multi billion naira revenue to the state, as the Atlanta City Council is committed to supporting the state government in establishing the Niger State Shea Sector (NSSS) as well as celebrating the Niger State-Nigeria Day in the Atlanta every year.

A fit which will further open the shea market in Niger State to global view and woo more investors in the sector to the state.

This dream has being brought into the day as The Atlanta City Council has just sent their terms and ready to commence.
